For your security and confidence, we use PayPal to process transactions on their secure servers; no financial information is ever collected on our servers. Please note, even though PayPal processes credit cards for us, for all United States and most International orders, you do not need a PayPal account to shop with us.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel any order before it ships. We will refund your entire payment should we do so. Refunds usually take 2-4 business days to process.
Do Vitamins® products are good for two years from their manufacture date.
Delivery Time
Orders made through this website ship within two business days, with delivery taking between 2 and 7 days for United States orders. We send you email updates upon shipment and upon delivery. If, however, there is an error in your payment or shipping information, your order may get held up at our warehouse until we get the correct information. In these rare instances, we will contact you by email to correct the errors.
Delivery Confirmation/Tracking Numbers
Do Vitamins uses delivery confirmation on every order we ship.
This is to protect you in the case of an order not being delivered, and to protect us in the event that you request a refund for a product that has already been delivered. We email you this delivery confirmation information when your order ships.
Please note that Delivery Confirmation notifies us only when a shipment is in transit and when it has been delivered.
International Shipping
All international orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail International with delivery confirmation. Please see the section “International Orders” for international shipping information.
5-Star Return Policy
If you go to a nice restaurant and there is something wrong with your meal or service, you can return it for an immediate replacement or refund. The chef may even come to your table to issue an apology, because fine dining comes with fine service.
Likewise, if there is any problem, issue, or error with any Do Vitamins product or order, we will Do Anything to fix it, including accept a return with full refund. There are 5-star restaurants; We’re a 5-star supplement company. We want you to happy, healthy, and completely satisfied with your Do Vitamins purchase. For 5-star customer service, please contact us right away.
However, if you go to a restaurant, eat your meal, and decide you just simply don’t want to pay for it, you can’t just ask for a refund. Similarly, we can’t accept returns of products that have been open and used. That might work at a fast food restaurant, but we’re not a “fast vitamins” company.
