Morning plans feel a lot better when the bag is already packed. You know where your shoes are. Your bottle is ready. And you've already decided what you're going to do when you get there.
Give those small decisions a few minutes tonight. Tomorrow, you can get on with the session you chose.
Choose the session first.
Pick something specific: your lower-body session, an easy run on a familiar route, or the class you've booked. Put it in the time you actually have.
If you're lifting, keep the first exercise and the rest of the plan somewhere you can open quickly. A note on your phone is enough. If you want a starting point, our 4-day strength plan has barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight versions.
Pack for that session.
Bring the shoes, clothes, towel, and bottle you'll use. Add the small things that are easy to forget: headphones, the lock for your locker, or an extra layer for the walk home.
Put the bag where you'll pick it up on the way out. Leave your keys nearby. The goal is to make leaving straightforward.
Keep your pre-workout choice practical.
If you use a pre-workout, decide how you'll mix it before you're standing at the counter. Read the label directions and caffeine amount, and use only a product that fits your needs.
PurePump is unflavored, and the ingredients taste bitter. A citrusy juice or sports drink can help balance the bitterness. We suggest a smaller, shot-like amount of liquid; mix it first, and follow the label directions.
That taste tradeoff should be clear before you buy. See the PurePump label and product details. You can also inspect the BSCG certificate for lot 797797; match the lot number on your tub to its certificate.
Let the plan fit tomorrow.
Some days call for a shorter session, a different time, or rest. Adjust what needs adjusting. The plan is there to help you do the work you chose.
Leave your kit ready for the next session. There's a quiet satisfaction in knowing you've made room for it.
