How to Do Vitamins.

Taste warning: PurePump is bitter. Intentionally. There's no sucralose, no artificial flavoring, nothing hiding the raw ingredients. If you want a delicious fruity beverage, this isn't it. If you want 15 active ingredients with nothing to hide behind, welcome.

How to mix: Less water, shaker bottle, think shot not drink. Mix with juice or lemonade to cut the bitterness. Or just embrace it — there's nothing in there except what's working for you.

When to take it: Take PurePump 15-30 minutes before training.

Full dose (2 scoops / 7.7 g): 200 mg of natural caffeine from coffee bean and all 15 active ingredients at full strength.
