How to Do Vitamins.

Taste warning: PurePump is bitter. Intentionally. There's no sucralose, no artificial flavoring, nothing hiding the raw ingredients. If you want a delicious fruity beverage, this isn't it. If you want 15 active ingredients with nothing to hide behind, welcome.

How to mix: Less water, shaker bottle, think shot not drink. Mix with juice or lemonade to cut the bitterness. Or just embrace it — there's nothing in there except what's working for you.

15-30 minutes before training. If you get the beta-alanine tingles, you're ready.

How much:
Full dose (2 scoops / 7.6g): 200mg caffeine, all 15 ingredients at full strength. For most athletes, most of the time.

Half dose (1 scoop / 3.8g): 100mg caffeine. For evening training, caffeine-sensitive athletes, or your first week while you assess tolerance.
