Shipping policy

Unless there is a problem with your order, supplement orders ship from our warehouse within one business day of when they are placed. Please factor that into your delivery time. In the event of an issue with your order, we will contact you as quickly as possible to resolve it to minimize shipment processing delay.

The last pickup from our warehouse is 5pm EST. On Friday, orders made after that or over the weekend will not ship until Monday.

Apparel orders take a few extra days to process and ship separately.

We will send you an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. We always send this email; if you didn't receive it, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

Addresses obviously cannot be changed once an order has shipped and is en route. If you give us an incorrect address, we have to wait until the package is returned to us to re-ship it with the correct information.

International Delivery Times
Please be patient and give your order plenty of time to arrive. International shipping takes between 3 and 14 days for delivery, but customs can add an unpredictable element to the delivery time – we have seen orders take as long as 28 days for delivery because of customs. Customs time is something we have no control over, unfortunately. In some countries, DHL usually partners with a local postal service for final delivery – they will give you a second tracking number when this is the case. Finally, DHL is based in Germany and all orders go through their hub there first.
