If you train late at night, are caffeine-sensitive, or want to cycle off stimulants, you don't have to give up effective pre workout supplementation. The core performance ingredients — citrulline, beta-alanine, creatine, BCAAs — all work independently of caffeine. The problem is that most "stimulant free" pre workouts still contain artificial sweeteners, fillers, and proprietary blends. Removing caffeine doesn't make a product clean. Ingredient standards matter regardless.
